Conducted by Steven Kings with the Regency Sinfonia

Antonio Vivaldi,”the Red Priest”, is well- known not only for his flamboyant and evocative instrumental concertos, but also of course for the Gloria- a perennial flower in the choral garden. Alongside this, he wrote a number of other sacred choral  works including settings of the Magnificat and Dixit Dominus which Monmouth Choral Society, with soloists and orchestra, will perform in this Baroque celebration.
